I take it all back. Terrific!
I may have to grovel a bit here but why not. This morning I left Pattong after my first visit. In some ways I was dreading actualy going there because I am a dyed in the wool Pattaya man.
How wrong could I be. The place was totally terrific and I could write a very long a boring email here but suffice to say the I WILL BE BACK!
Mine host at the Mai Tai and the other board member helped make this a really great break. he place is buzzing and if you have any doubts about a visit give them up and get here NOW!

Completely agree...first time in Thailand, went to Pattaya, thought I was in heaven until I visited Phuket, haven't been back to Pattaya in 8 years.
