The resturant's?

Are most resturants easy to find in Pattaya for buffets, british breakfasts and Thai places?

Stupid Question Time

Your question is probably one of the most stupid i have ever read and it does not even deserve a sensible answer
You probably need someone to hold your hand when you get off the plane otherwise the Taxi drivers shall eat you alive

Assuming you are staying in the tourist area you can't miss them. If you do happen to partially sighted, follow your nose

No. It's extremely difficult to find.

No, don't think so. Been away for some weeks, looked again at this board and it's really devestating. Maybe 3% of the posts is worthwhile to read and makes you think, the rest is pure garbage.

But you all seem to enjoy it, so I guess I'm wrong.

The dumbness and ignorance of the people still surprises me after almost 40 years. But to finish with some nice words:

This board reflects exactly the "state of the art" of the Patong travellers. Keep the good work going!

Everybody got bird flu today?

Miserable pricks. You don't like a post move on... Don't like the forum, move on...

Or maybe use your massive intellects to come up with a new thread, I'm sure someone as witty and charming as Burg could start a fascinating thread. Hell, Denver can get 10 pages out of utter nonsense,.

Best Thai food in Pattaya (imho) is located on the second road (beachside) between Pattayaland soi 1 and pattayaland soi 3, its a large resturant with tables spilling out on to the second road, 90% of custermers are thai,.. food tastes great and its very cheap. Beer is allways very cold.

Best pommie type food is with out a dout "shenanigans" (imho).

Thats just two, of hundreds and hundreds, you wont go hungery.

I dont go to buffets.....the food allways tastes like c#ap to me.

cheers Rex

Shenanigans also has free wireless Internet access, if you can each and typoe at the same time...

At the back of the Royal Garden Plaza Shopping Centre - close to the Walking Street end of Beach Road between Soi Pattayaland 1 and Soi Post Office - is a large western-style restaurant with salad buffets etc. It's like a UK TGI Friday, IIRC, or a US Denny's. It's directly beneath the Ripley's beleive it or not setup and accessible from Second Road via the centre's rear entrance. Not cheap, but a bland safe bet if you crave the need for a knife and fork.

On the top floor of the centre is a pretty poor plastic food court and at the front are the usual suspects - McD's, KFC and Burger King and Haagen Daz. Otherwise there are several small western style, shop-front cafe/diners, one in particular is, I think, called Bayview or Baywatch, on Beach Road quite close to RGP.

When you are walking towards Walking street, the last soi (near the beatch) there is a small bar called "The Blue Parrot". They have very good mexican food. Just oposit this place you have also a place that makes one of Pattayas best sandwishes. The Blue Parrot is run by an american called Kevin, a veri good bloke.
If you are into beef and redvine, there is a place on 2.road (a bit north of Tim a go go) called Patriks, its a place run by a Belgian skydiver. He also have many foreign beers ..... One of the best beef places in "Pattis".
The Sportsman in soi 13 have very good food, try the roasted lam.....
As mentioned by earlier posts, there are many places to eat in Pattaya. You can easy get meals around the clok.

Cool Stew

I got the stew in July and I thought it was good (although a bit watery.) The breakfast is bloody huge and very tasty. You know what Shenanigans is like for a night out Ally (any irish music same as Scruffy's before)? Nice bar, expensive though.

Theres also a restaurant in the same street as Dynasty Inn which is very tasty and they have a great menu (thai, european, mexican, seafood, italian) but saying I have a head like a sieve I can't remember the name. The seafood is especially good (displayed in fish tanks). It is just where that little street meets the Beach Road. Cheap aswell and the staff are all hot

Yes cant remember the name either but its on the same side as Dynasty but down towards the beach end of Soi 13 beside another little bar there, Really nice food there and its cheap

Never went to Shenanigans for a night out Stiofan, Dont really see the point in sitting in an Irish themed Bar when I am on holidays, Isnt that what I go on holidays to get away from

If I was staying there longtime it would be different, Looks like they have an Irish band that plays in there a couple of nights a week which would be a good bit of craic

It wouldn't really appeal to me either Ally but i'd like to take the GF there to let hear a wee bit of Irish music. My last thai Gf loved irish music (i met her in Scruffy's when that band the Hot Potatoes were on) and so did all her friends. They were there on holidays and they went there every night. I think the sign for that restaurant had a palm tree on it maybe called 'Paradise' or something along thise lines. I rememeber seeing that a golf society met up in there anyway. Not long to go now. Sort of sad I'm not getting down to Phuket though. Might check out some Nokair flights.....

Soi L K Metro , close to Lolitas BJ bar. Go up soi diana which is right next to the Kiss food restaurant on 2nd rd, then turn left in Soi Lk, has a big sign high up pointing the way to Lolitas and the footy bar is just before it, also on the left side on the soi.

I walked past it 2 days ago, was packed to the rafters
