Peppermint Palace A Go Go
Hi guys...Has anyone been here? Anyone got any tips I heard it is a good Go Go? Or has anyone got any photo's of the girls here? Thanks for your help.

There are also roaming hostesses in this place. There are at fixed times shows in the place. The place has gone down in terms of quality of girls and is closely affiliated to Happy Agogo and The Beach Club and their girls move around these places. Worth a visit but not more as i found the place stifling..did not enjoyed myself. M

Peppermint
I was in Pattaya for a week in January. Malaysian's description of the place is right on. It was quite crowded but since I was solo managed to get a prime seat. It was the first place I came across the ping pong balls. The ping pong balls are fun for a while but get old fast. When I was there the girls behind the glass in the back were available for no bar fine if you took them out late.
Also hearing a lot of good things about Club Boesche from another board I frequent.

My point is this.
I'm sure Coyotees is a great place to visit, I will be there in May myself so will be able to form my own opinion then. However, to say that peppermint is going downhill and coyotee is superior is a very (and naive) bold statement indeed. I regularly read the opinions on who tops the Agogo polls on the best pattaya forum (pattayatalk) the guys on that forum know what they are talking about and although Coyotee had had a few positive mentions (and plenty of negative too), it does not top the polls, the main walking st players still rule according to a widely ranged opinion and for a variety of reasons more than 'the girls are the cutest' which incidentally, coyotee has been recruiting from other gogo bars (showgirls) from what I hear. One of the newer kids on the block of walking st for example, Catz agogo is being touted as a possible new king of patts, there is another just sprung up who's name I forget too but is well received so far. People will always have opinions that this is better than that and vica versa, but I use common sense in my thinking and I know who is pulling in the big money around the patts GG scene. Those major players, almost all of which are on WS will probably rule for some time, location is a factor but club atmosphere, good staff service, quality girls are some of the other factors which pull the crowds in all year round. So I don't just 'believe' the likes of lucky 2 and other who make these bold claims without forming my own opinion based on what I see for myself.

There are lots of new gogo's in town now with Coyotee's being the oldest of them, its ticking over well as is Catz who has alot of board members drinking there, Boesche and Babewatch are ok, Boesche for me is just a jacuzzi with nothing else really special about it, Babewatch could be a great bar.
My tip is for X zone, this place will get better and better IMO. BUT everyones bar/ gogo is good for 5 mins then some drop off and some last the distance. Peppermint has been going for about 8 years and Happy has been going for over 11 years, That is why thay are the kings of pattaya and they are still nearly full everynight. I was offered 20% of Peppermint 5 years ago and i turned it down

Have to disagree with you on Boesche as i do like the place, it is rocking, Catz..very small and abit claustrophobic but you are very close to the dancing girls..like the service staff, X zone can only improve as i went off after 1 drink, Babewatch, i heard has a new manager (formerly from Diamond) and will definitely improve and last i heard has alot of new, young and attractive girls/showgirls, although the last time when i was there, the girls and shows were way below quality and my friend was stripped on stage! M

I thought
Just left LOS March 11, I thought the POLO Club had a good show, The girls all seemed to be enjoing themselves and approached the guys in the club, A lot of tour groups kept popping in but it just added to the fun.

Im definately not a chippendale, but I took 3 of Coyotes showgirls out one night and had a blast. Returned the nest couple of nights. Then went around to the others like Peppermint and the others on walking street. Still found Coyotes to be more my style. I like the white walls, the shows, the girls, the fireman pole etc...
Anyway, its just my humble opinion of a 4 days stay in Pattaya. Not claiming to be an expert at all.

Nice guy btw. They are both full and buzzing most nights, admittedly i don't go alot but my wife goes to Peppermint most evenings and my partner goes to Happy most evenings. When I was offered shares in Peppermint 5 years ago it was way down on the success it has become now.

Those comments concering ownership surprise me. I always understood they were under Thai control...I stand corrected.
I know both places are very popular and crowded however, the format of either place is not for me. I much prefer the sexier more intimate & friendly atmosphere which exists in Heavens Above & Diamond. To me, Peppermint lacks comfort & style.
