Can't remember a hotel name

I'm looking for a hotel in Walking street. It is between Diamond and Police Box. I think it's around Soi 14. It has an entrance by Walking Street. If anybody knows its name please tell me, and if you have some information about it much better. In Pattaya I like the Diamond Beach Hotel and last time I was in Grand Hotel, as you know both in Walking Street. I like to be close to action. And I know there is this hotel, but I can't remember the name and was thinking to try this time.
Thank you in advance.

I think it is De Lamer Hotel...a boutique hotel..entrance is at Walking Street..stayed there before..no lift..room comes with breakfast..no joiners fee..get room on the lower floors...noisy in my opinion but its up to ou.

Thank you. Yes, when I read the name I knew it was. By the way thank you again for your information. I don't like noisy places, overall in holidays. Than you again.
