Welcome on board mate. End of the year is the best time to visit thailand also till march. You dont have to worry about the girls, enough fish in the sea and easy to get. Wish you a nice trip

In fact anytime is always the best time...some BMs will be around next month in Patts around 21-25 oct and quite a number end-of-the-year i.e Christmas/new year period...it will be good if you were to meet the BMs for advice and guidance as Patts is hugh and is considered an Adult Disneyland...you might be overwhelmed.

Cheers

C

Ade, welcome to the board and good luck with your trip.

From the weather point of view, the best time is November to April. It's not so humid then. Prices are very expensive at Christmas and New Year, although still cheap compared to Europe. But any time is good!

From the getting to know the girls point of view, you'll find it easier and more friendly than you could possibly imagine. Everywhere you go you'll get smiles and winks at the very least. Go into some clubs late at night and you'll find a girl with nearly nothing on has put her tongue in your mouth and shoved your hand down her pants before you've barely ordered a drink. I'm not kidding. That's why we love LOS! People are really up for fun and having a party. But it's vitally important that you leave your troubles back home, forget about them, make sure to smile and have a good positive attitude. Do that and I promise you will not know what has hit you!

Just one funny little example....last time I was in Pattaya, in August, with a group of mates, we were in Bodega, one of the many beer bars on Second Road, just by our hotel, the Lek. I was starving and kept saying shall we go for something to eat. Everyone said yeah, in a minute, and kept ordering another round of drinks. Eventually I just had to eat but I didn't want to break up the party. So I went into the Indian restaurant right next door and ordered enough takeway to take it back into the bar and give everyone a taste - about 12 naan breads and 12 different curries. There were two cute waitresses in the restaurant and they asked where I was going with all that food. I told them right next door. They said OK, we're coming. No questions asked! They ordered and paid for two more naans and two more curries to add to the total and brought it all back to the bar with me. We all had a great time together. That's the thing with the Thais. If there's a party they're on for it, and they love farangs with a positive party attitude.

Bon voyage buddy!
