Anyone know where to buy PC Software & mobile phones in Pattaya, if so could you please let me know as I will be there for 2 weeks from the 25th Nov and dont really want to go up to Bangkok......

A place called TUKCOM on South Pattaya road shall have virtually anything you require in the PC Hardware/Software line...In the event they don't have it they they can soon get it.
The same place also has around 30 different retailers selling every type of mobile phone (new or used) currently on the market.

South Beach Road near soi 13. Place near mailboxes etc. has alot of software. Place has just about all u need, but there are megga electronic shops also that sells phones as well as software.
If you turn left at the walking street entrance (don't go inside), and just keep walking for 5-6 blocks down the busy street, you'll see it on yer right
