Green park resort

Hey all

I'm staying at the Green park resort in Sio Ping pah in early January and was wondering if anyone has stayed there?
If so whats it like?
The reviews I've read so far say that there are no joiners fee's there, but is it too far from the action?
Also I'm wondering if are there a few good bars close by in Nth Pattaya for a hot little take away BG?
