Pattaya - Short term rent

Hello

Me and my familyare planning a trip to Thailand for 3 month. But we only need a house in Pattaya for 1 month (march). We are 2 adults and 2 children (2 and 5 years). There has to be a swimming pool and 2 bedrooms. Can anyone help? Ill spend up to 30.000 bath.

Not a generous budget..

I dont know about patts but that doesnt get a house with a pool long term rent here. For a short term vacation rental a villa will be that weekly (even daily for really high end).. That kind of budget gets a hotel room, not a whole villa IMO.

I think that 30.000 bath for 1 month is more than enough. Because it is in Pattaya? In Hua Hin I can get a house for 1 month for about 20.000 bath.

They want a holiday home, fully furnished and with all the bedding and linens, plates cutlery, etc.. They want a private pool... You wouldnt find that here for 30k...

This is a totally different market from long term rental.

check google for renting. there is tones of people renting out houses not to expansive..
