Nah.....View Talay 1 & 2 not for me. Dress it up as much as you like but, IMO
It is Pattaya's farang council estate and a poor neighbourhood with very little privacy.
Indeed I was a owner/occupier.

Yes, these are the same I posted in my Pattaya thread.
Pentire what you mean in a bad neighberhood? Maybe when you want to have more fun and be in the action?
I am very concerned about the privacy, as I booked a Talay villa....
I knew the owner was exagerating with the "beverly hills" of Pattay, but i wanted a more upscale place, and go to Pattaya in the evening.

Yes it is a bit of a trek back at night tintin plus that Jomtien road is notorious for accidents after dark......However, I'm no snob far from it, but an accomodation block containing around 1000 or so ex pats with many of them on the piss all day and having regular with each other is not for me. I just prefer something slightly more exclusive and as you suggested tintin in the action.
And this recently opened place has possibilities and I'll go have a look see in a few weeks

Do you know if this is gf. It looks nice. Maybe should try it.
Another nice place is Tims Boutique Hotel (or simular like that).
But that is more expensive.

Pentire, like I said I rented myself the villa there. So that should be a bit more seclude. I don't need to hang out in girlie/bars all evening every night. Generally, I do that the first days, to get some pretty girls, and after that I prefer a regular girl I like, and have a drink by the pool, or little dinner in a cosy restaurant. As long as the place is a bit less frantic, and I can find in the neighberhood, less in your face entertainement, I am happy!
But I have choosen the Talay 1 for my friends, so that they are close by. I intend also to invite some bg's to entertain us a night at our poolparty....

Sounds like you need a retirement home TT
You better get something on the ground floor in case it rains

Yes it definitely is girl friendly, they quickly emailed me back with the response to that question which I asked before making a reservation.
So I shall have a week in the Jacuzzi roof garden suite at the Swiss place then a fortnight in this new hotel before a final week up in the big mango....That should hit the spot before heading back to take in Cockney Rebel's autumn campaign

The state you get yourself into some nights this type of facility would suit you CS
Especially after you have been at that Tequilla stall in Marine Plaza with me for a few shots...Last time when we had finished, none of your bodily fuctions appeared to be working

Thanks for the info.
I assume the Swiss Place you mention is the hotel on Walking street you mention before.

Sea View or Further Inland
Yes Johnny.P, Two places I rate very highly are Argyle and LK Pavilion.
Argyle is located on the Pratamnak Hill area of Pattaya and I stayed there a month, fantastic. I would have stayed six months however, across the road a new condo block was going up and the heavy plant machinery was knocking out too many decibles when I needed sleep from 7am-11am
Argyle Apartments, Pattaya - Jomtien - Deluxe Serviced Apartments
So, I moved in to this place further inland and stayed there six months. I would rate it around 8/10. Lovely big rooms and very pleasant staff.
