Hot in the morning, hotter in the afternoon with chance of increased humidity. Moving to not as hot muggy temperatures in the evening. There's always a 30% chance of rain. Seek bars with fans and the bargirls brandishing ice cold towlettes. It's recommended if you're walking for any length of time over 10 minutes to stop at a bar and cool off with an ice cold Heineken. If no bars are in the general area of walking seek the closest 7-11.
But hey there are plenty of indoor activities to "do" in Thailand. Most bars are indoor all of the go go bars are in doors. In between the rain you can plan any outdoor activities if you're into the outdoor stuffs.

Enjoy

Thailand is a diverse country, weather patterns vary. You don't mention where you're going.
