Day 1 - 7th July. Arrived in Bangkok at 6.25am. Headed to Holiday Inn Silom. Checked in then out to Golf at Krungthep Kreetha. Back to hotel for quick change. Told boys (7 of us) we should go for soapie. We all did. Whatever thoughts some may have had changed at this moment. Finished soapie and off to bar. 5 seconds in bar and 2 of us are playing pool with 2 beautiful girls. Drinks were 200 bht but didn't care as it was first day. Paid 500 BF and 1500 LT. Has to pay hotel 1000 bht to bring girls in. Again didn't care. What a first night.

Day 2 - Up late and off to shops. Not much shopping done as mind was elsewhere. Had lunch then headed to National stadium for Asian cup game. Crap game. Got soaked after on way home. Quick change and out to Ramshet Plaza i think. Freelance bar downstairs. In door 5 miniutes and one on the many beautiful girls caught my eye. Drinks were 85 BHT, no BF and $1500 for night. Am i in heaven? Not yet.

Day 3 - Up late again and off to Pattaya. Check inn at Dusit Resort. Off to town. Found great bar on walking street which was to become our local. Did look in at GOGO but not for us. New bar Air con. All the boys sitting in bar with girls after 30 seconds. Had great laughs and girls were fantastin. Pretty much only us seven in bar. Anyway, took first girl that had sat with me home even though i didn't fancy her as much. Had seen other girl that i liked. Paid 400 BHT BF, 100 bht drinks i think and 1500 LT. Dusit did not charge me anything to bring girl in.

Day 4- Up late and off to glf at Laem Chabang. Back to hotel and back to same bar. Last nights girl was first over but eye for another. Didn't know how to get rid of forst girl so ended up taking both home. Not what i wanted to do but didn't know how to tell first girl. Let second girl know that i really liked her and boy did this change my feelings.

Day 5 - Free day. Had to do the tourist thing so made them go on the Elephants. Did this then off early to walking st. Girls came in and away we went. Told both girls that i was having an early night but secretly had told girl 2 i wanted to BF her. Left early and had mate BF her for me. Great night again. Am falling in love!

Day 6 - Golf at St Andrews. Turns out my girl is a golfer so as we only had 7 players i invited her along. She made up the 8. Very good player and a great girl to be around. I have a wicked sense on humour and like to have a laugh with the boys but this girls outdone me. She has the same personality as me. Her English is very good as well. This was the start of a wonderful time.

Day 7 Up late again but worth every second. Went to shops i think. Girl was with me every second. Went into town to play pool. Had organised with Bar to open early for us to watch football as we didn't want to travel in traffic back to Bangkok. Sat in front of tele for game but was not televised. Ahh well haha. Am getting deeper in love.

Day 8 Golf at Phoenix Golf Club. Girl still with me all the time. It should be noted that apart from the first time she never asked me for one cent, and even then she didn't ask. Out on the town for pool, dinner and live band. Another great night.

Day 9 Golf at Brrapha. Same same. Girl still with me. Another night of pool, and band. Am now head over heals.

Day 10. Leave for Bangkok. Very sad day. Call her twice on the way. Got to go to football but don't. Go to bar instead. Bar try to rip us off with final bill. The seven of us take 7 girls from bar and go for big dinner. I take girl home (She is beautiful) but a very tough life story. I let her sleep the whole night and never touched her. I even gave he 1000 Bht tip in the morning. A week earlier and i would have loved to have but things have changed. My girl from Pattaya is arriving.

Day 11 - She arrives and we have another wonderful day and night. Golf at Thai Country Club. Went last minute shopping at Patpong but she wont let me but her anything. She seems special and not what i expected. I am head over heals by now. Last night in Thailand and very sad.

Day 12 - Leave Hotel at 5.15am for Airport. Have said goodbye. Trip home a blur as my head is still with my girl.

Summary: Pick the best holiday you have ever had and then multiply it by 100 and you will come close. I have phoned her twice already. I am only back a day. This mat sound strange but i honestly believe this girl is a bit differant. She never asked me to take he to Australia. She never asked me for money, she has my humour and we simply had a fantastic time together. It was not all sex either. I know you will probably say i was taken for an emotional ride and maybe it will turn out that way. But she never gave my any indication she wanted anything. She seems sincere and i am going to see where it takes my. I had the time of my life and am now working out how to get back. Thank you all for your help. This has been the best time of my life by far.

Sounds like a great trip Irish...Its so easy to fall for these women. I just returned from Phuket and on my first day back at work booked more holidays and flights to head back(1 1/2 weeks to go). I'll be heading to Pattaya for the first time and after reading your trip report can't wait.

Nice report. Thanks. These tings can happen to most of us. Main thing is you enjoyed yourself and if you find a nice girl iti s an extra bonus. Many of us (including me) have similar experiences.

Are you going to follow up with the girl?

Great trip report! I had similar experiences first trip but didn't follow up. It sure was tough when I first arrived home.

I need to plan another trip soon.

My body has been home for Two days but my head and my heart are still in Pattaya. How long does this take to get over? I have spoken to her a few times already on the phone and the email is running hot. I have planted the seed at home for another trip so we will see if i can make it. I will do everything i can to make it happen. So, will i follow up? You bet your life i will!

nice report! Hope it will work out with the girl.
Had kinda the same experience in april (although not that intense).
Contact has cooled down (but not died) since a few weeks. Probably i meet her again in november,or maybe not. We'll see... Plenty of other fish in the sea.

You know, i have played football all my life, first in League of Ireland, then here in Australia. I have travelled to many countries and had many boys trips away with football. All these trips were fantastic. But i can honestly say that nothing, i mean nothing compares to my 12 days in Thialand (7 in Pattaya). I have just got off the phone from her now. Surely there is a cure for this feeling hahaha

I met a beautiful lady on a recent trip, everything the same as you described tried to catch up with her on my last trip but she has now married a POmmie and gone to live in England before returning in a few years time to live in Phuket. Don't miss the opportunity but be careful.

Irish: What a great trip report! It made me more excited about returning to Phuket in Sep. (Sep 10, 2007)

My first trip to Phuket was in January of 2005. I was there with friends (a married couple) so I didn't get out by myself much. We ate, drank, played billiards, drank, played darts, drank, etc. in a small pub on Soi Kepsap. Of course made a few trips to the MTB. I loved the Thai people I met and after I left I had this lingering desire to return. That was in January...in March I was laid off from my job with the airlines but had travel privileges for 90 days. (Unfortunately, I was called back to work in May and am still there). Needless to say I jumped on a plane and was back in Phuket in April.

On my first full day there I went back to the pub on Soi Kepsap for breakfast. I did not recognize the young lady (I found out later that she was 20) who took my order (the owner of the pub told me that she was a friend of his bartender and had come to Patong a few days before). She was beautiful. She was petite, had light olive skin, a quick smile and bright eyes. She was not at all outgoing or aggressive.

After I finished eating I went back to my hotel and all I could think about all day was her. When evening came I went back to the bar..hoping she was there. She was! There are only three or four other women who work in the pub. I spent the next few hours talking with them, her and the owner. When I started to leave he wisphered to me, do you want her to go with you. I was stunned! I never thought she would. She seemed so different from the other women I had met. When I asked her she said yes.

When we got to my hotel the desk clerk asked her for her ID. She did not know she needed it and had to go back to the pub (she was living upstairs) and get it. When she returned we finally made it to my room....It was wonderful....we took a nice long shower together....made love...and superisingly awhile later she got up....got fully dress and return to the bed next to mine.

Last May (2007) when we were together for the third time..I asked her about it. She said she was shy...didn't know if she was suppose to go or stay. She stayed. She never has asked me for money, of course I have given her money and I am sure I have given her much more than I would have had she asked for it.

It is amazing the spell that Thai women can weave. We have been together three times now...each time we have spent many nights at the MTB. So if you are there in Sep (Sep 10 - Sep 28th) I would be glad to buy you a few beers and update you (probably bore you) about my trips to Phuket to see her.

Most of my trips to LOS have been about 6-9 months apart, and each time I've gone back to certain bars to check on some of my "favourites" they have all been GONE GONE GONE.

Lokk i appreciate the honesty but does anybody have any real love stories out of all this. I can only say how i feel and at the moment. I am a miserable human. I have spoken to her every day. She says she is in love with me and misses me. She says she will wait for me to come back. It is doing my head in. Can anybody tell me of any job prospects in Pattaya for a Football (Soccer Coach). Jeez this is hard. She still has not asked me for anything and sounds sincere. Surely not all the girls are the same. Please help

I don't understand "get lost in the Pattaya Board". I posted here because this is where i went and this is where my problem is. I don't want to be a dill and post all over the place. Maybe i am just looking for some reassurance from somebody as it is getting worse. Sorry to be a pain.

Geez this is killing me. I have been back almost a week and my head is all over the place. Spoke to her a few minutes ago. She says she will wait for me. Of the 7 that went on the trip, 3 are in love and 5 are walking around here like zombies. I have posted my report on the board mentioned above so i will see what they say. Don't need to be a pest but its not something i can share with anybody. Only people on here will understand.

Thanks Mav. I read your reply on the Pattaya page. I am aware that it was a holiday and i know she is back at work, she has to. All i am saying is i fell in love, had a great time and want to get back. Like millions before me of course. She has still not asked me for anything. I am not 100% on her family.
