You had answers to this question a week or so ago.
Do you have any plans to visit Phuket at all?

My suggestion, would be to ask members of a Pattaya based forum.
This website is dedicated mainly to Phuket.....Hence the name, Phuket-info
Í'll give you a hint for some Pattaya sites......you'll need to use google
Pattaya Secrets......Pattaya Addicts

Here is the answer I gave you a week ago (in this thread pattaya soi honey [11] ):

I doubt much has changed since.

When you want an update on a question you created a thread for before, the proper procedure is to put up a new post on the already-existing thread, asking for an update! This thread should be combined with the previous one, IMHO.

The 2nd road end is complete to about halfway. From halfway through to Buakow only one side of the road is complete. The massage joints are all open for business (including Stand By) and it looks like the hotels and guesthouses are all open. Traffic is a bit choked up but the soi is passable.
