Air con?
Hi all, trying to book a hotel in Pattaya for a few days, is air con and safety deposit boxes included in the price or are they seperate?

I don't know of any hotel in thailand where the aircon is extra...rented apartments sometimes but not hotels.
Safety deposit boxes vary - sometimes you have one in the room other times only at reception. Some hotels charge a one-off couple of hundred baht for a key.

Oh yeah and some places do have extra charges for electricity and water though those are the combined hotel/serviced apartment joints. There's the deposit for the minibar also if you drink their rip-off water instead of stocking up from 7/11. But don't worry about m8 it's basically f*ck all extra, be more concerned about whether they have joiner fees and for pattaya especially the location/distance of the hotel from the hot spots.
