Photo shop in Pattaya
It seems that some Nikon cameras are less expensive in Thailand than in Europe. As I am probably going to Patts for a few days in November I want to check it out (and eventually buy). I am interested in the Nikon SB-800 flashlight so does anyone know if there are any good shops in Pattaya or do I need to go to BKK? I now have the "old" SB24 which I need to use on manual with my D80.

i saw a big camera shop in the big C on second road last trip cap..i didnt go inside it....just looked in the window....but they seemed to have a lot of stock.........ij

Thanks IJ. I normally thought Thailand was not cheaper than home for cameras, but saw on internet that some Nikon things are cheaper. Maybe because Nikon is producing cameras and lenses in Thailand. Will check it out.

HK for example usually has better buys and the newest available
