Jacuzzis and dance poles
Right then. It's that time of the quarter again when the question of which hotel to stay in has to be worked on. I'm beginning to hit a brick wall as usual. I'll be with my mate so we need two of in the same hotel or two different hotels if necessary. We both want a private jacuzzi, preferably a dance pole but can live without it, no cockroaches, no rude management and priced under about 2700ish. It needs to have no joiner fee for multiple giests. I've read the old thread on hotels with a jacuzzi. It's all about the jacuzzi! Here's the breakdown...
The Vault
Great place but no lift. There are only high-floor penthouses available when I want to stay and I would have to stay in one of the other rooms until the penthouse becomes available then move over. Ballache, but most likely option thus far. That walk up the stairs can be a nightmare when you've had a few beers and have and have half a netball team in tow. A swimming pool and lift would make this place near perfect.
Queen Vic
It looks good at the website but I get the impression they only have one jacuzzi suite. I've contacted them anyway.
Galaxy Suites
Again, looks good but do they only have 1 jacuzzi suite? I've contacted them and am waiting for a reply.
Penthouse Hotel
I can't view their website from my my country of internet connection. I found Pattaya Funland which appears to be the same place but it doesn't contain pictures of the mid priced rooms. Also, too many bad reviews on different sites for me to pass them off as coming from somebody with a grudge. I'll not risk it unless strongly persuaded. I was never impressed with the go go downstairs but I haven't seen the hotel firsthand.
Tim's Boutique
Prices are through the roof at this place!
Secrets
Tell me more! It looks kind of small to me. Again, I can't view the site from here. I've been in the bar but not seen the hotel rooms.
If these are the only options for places with a jacuzzi then we should pool together and open somewhere up. I'm thinking there must be loads more party rooms with Jacuzzis in Pattaya.
Be honest now, are you lads just keeping them to yourselves so that there are always rooms available for when you want them?
Go on...tell me your secrets and I might tell you.......nah just tell me your secrets please and I'll be really really grateful.
Thanks in advance

If that's what you think about when swinging off a dancepole then, unlucky. Me...I don't touch the pole.
I doubt much more goes on in the jacuzzi than goes on elsewhere in the room in most hotels in Pattaya. But now you've put the thought in my head, I'll probably give it a scrub before I start work.
Cheers

Preferably not, although in view from the jacuzzi would be a bonus.

See, we could design a top place between us. If only I had thumbs. Does nobody find it strange that we are 3 dogs talking on the internet?

The penthouse hotel does seem to have what you are looking for ...........for 2495 baht , you get ; Jacuzzi, health swing, dance podium, balcony, cd, stereo and mood lighting in their penthouse relax 1 suite.....
just need to get the girls yourself i think ......

Thanks our kid. I'll make a note of Relax 1 Suite. It looks and sounds spot on. It's just a big risk. Not enough good reviews and too many bad ones. I'd say Penthouse would be my last choice at the moment. There must be more than these few places.

I'm sure. They'd be from the kitten club though. Those girls seem to take issue with my doggy style and scratching their backs. Catching them can be a nightmare too.

What's with Galaxy Suites not replying to emails? I posted at the website and heard nothing back then I picked up on a post some time ago from Irish Johnny and used the email address he gave (info@galaxysuitespattaya.com) and that came back as an address not in use.

Its amazing that some hotels have such a lazy approach to mailing potential guests back......
on my last trip i had 3 or 4 hotels mail me back once i was actually on my hols and staying in a different hotel, so lots of missed custom.....

555555 bloody unbelievable!!!!! Their loss i guess!!!
They should be chasing now as its about to hit low season as they need all the business they can get!!!!
Normally when i go in low season i dont book because there is always room available but thought id pre book this time round...
Ive booked at the Sandy Spring through the Scandibar website and the owner of the bar (eric) would email back after a couple of hours which was too good...
if i choose to book early again on future trip ill be going through the same mob...

Just walk around the Kitten Club squirting your scent on the lamp posts, letter boxes and other 'stategic' places and then wait until 3 in the morning. When they come out and start sniffing around you can pounce.............or like I said...........Pay someone to do it for you! Sorted!

Maybe because they earn more money on short time guests than long term stayers?
For some of the ones mentioned in the original post, I bet thats a certainty.

Broken ribs on holiday does not sounds like fun. You get a fortune for that back home.
I did call yesterday but the girl on the phone asked me to call back tomorrow. I also asked if they had an email address, to which she replied "yes".
What is it then?
Call back tomorrow.
Sounding like it's a bit of a Faulty Towers setup.
