1st tour to Thailand, Which hotel ?

Hi Guys

I'll be on my 1st tour to Pattaya in late Sept, then off to Bangkok.

Since this is my 1st visit to Thailand someone recommended that I try the Penthouse Hotel. What are your views on this establishment and/or can you advise me another hotel to go. Since I'm only in Pattaya for 3 nights before I head of to BKK for another 2/3 nights

Also a heads up to which hotel in BKK will be a help aswell. That and which bars to hit and the best lewd shows to see in both areas will be a god send.

Any Tips for a 1st timer like myself, what to watch out for, how much is the average ST/LT, stuff like that.

I'll be eagerly awaiting Your words of wisedom and guidance on how to sh*g my brains out & having a wail of a time.

Cheers

Penthouse hotel has a gogo bar downstairs , crazy fantasy rooms with mirrors, swings , poles , all that kinda stuff.

Also has direct video feed on the tv so you can watch the girls in the downstairs agogo and even pick one , make a phone call & have her sent to your room.

But i read reviews before & many regulars to Pattaya think it is a little overated & quite expensive.

Many complaints about the hygene of the place too & even reports of cockroaches in the rooms.

Bottom line is , you can get much better hotels there for less a price with higher standards & better value for money.

You dont need a gogo downstairs when you got one of the biggest sin cities just a mere step outside you hotel door.

Follow this link to all the hotel reviews you wil ever need.

Thumbs up

Thanx ButterflyBlonde

Out of curiosity where do you normally stay?

I've been advised either the Dynasty or the Queen Vic on Soi 6, as Soi 6 is the best place for bars & entertainment.

I heard the Dynasty is a good choice , bear in mind soi 6 will be noisy till very late so unless you stay out late every night , you will have disturbed sleep if you fancied an early night on the odd occasion.

Haven't been to Pattaya myself yet , looking at a few possibles on the link i posted before as it has good reviews.

I might try Sandy Spring on soi 13 though , nice new hotel , good location & guest friendly

royal palace hotel. second street, pattaya.

hi cad monkey.
the royal palace hotel on second street is guest friendly, and is a 5 minute walk from walkings street. it is close to all the shopping areas and if you take out a hotel membership for €8, the rooms will only cost you €16 a night. you can do this when you are checking in at the desk on arrival.this is a top hotel with pool and features a great security system for your deposit box held at the reception, food is not the best, but with so many places to eat outside your door, who cares. enjoy yourself.

If you stick with one of those you will be safe and have a good time. There are others too - but do not make it too difficult.
