BM Opens bar in Pattaya

Hello to all BM'S

After speaking with Nicke I would just like to let you guys know that I have opened a bar up in Pattaya. So if any of you Pattaya guys fancy a drink or two please feel free to pop in.
The bar is a little way out of Pattaya around 3 miles and directions are to go up Pattaya klang ( Central ) over the sukuhmvit road and down the main soi Nern plab wan. Follow that down to the bottom and we are around 100 meters from the bottom on the left.
The bar is called Ocean bar ( Ask the missus 555 ) we have a pool table, 6 loveley girls working there and best of all beer at 45-50 Baht bottle. I am coming out to Pattaya myself on May 3rd for a year just to support the missus
Hopefully I will get to meet a few of you then.

Will be heading back to Patts in early June after a small stop in Phuket, would be more than happy for myself and my mates to stop by for a cold one, Not farmiliar with the area but I'm sure with some help and a few bath we'll get there..Best of luck with the bar, hope all goes well...

goodluck woody...Ocean Bar is not so bad...could of been much worse with the missus choosing!! Ive never been Pattaya but with 45-50bht beer its looking more appealing...goodluck

Good luck with your new venture. Guess you didn't pick the best time to open, what with low season coming and the economic woes, and all. But if you can make it now, then it will surely get better in the days to come!

Sorry Jaybee we actually opened last November my gf runs it and I returned to England to tie up some loose ends. I return May 3rd with a year visa and see how we go??

The 5 months we have had so far have been good so long may it continue

Yes jon its only about 60bht back to second rd

They do have baht buses Cicero but only in the daytime over this side of the sukhumvit road ( Main bangkok road dual carriageway ) I think they are still 10 bht . My gf can always get a taxi if someone does not like motorbike taxi's. Taxi back into pattaya walking street around 200 bht motorbike around 100bht.
There is a lot of traffic in Pattaya and a lot of people choose motorbike taxi's as they are far quicker to get about. ( Definately not safer in my opinion though 555 ).

I am guessing by the location you are aiming for local ex-pat and long term stayers rather than beach road tourists? Or am I missing something and the location is near one of the tourist spots? (Croc farm?)

Wishing you luck Woody and hoping your GF has a better grasp of what "doing good business" is than my missus who is yet to factor in the opening float let alone stock replacement or running costs when calculating $$$ profit .. .... Chok dee!

Yes Minder most of my customers are ex-pats and a lot of Scandinavian lads who work on rigs and trawlers. They are big drinkers also has when on ship or rig they can not drink for 2/3 months but they sure make up for it when they come home ( Pattaya)

Hello Thai learner no I am not near Nois I am on Soi nern plab wan past the snake show and the oasis bars. At The bottom there is a big Wat I am about 200 meters back up the road on the left side coming down the soi.
There is a sky blue sign with Ocean bar on it mate.
