air conditioning in Secrets nightclub
Has anyone had the same experience in Secrets?
The air conditioning was so cold i had to leave the club.
When i got outside my skin was frozen and i couldn't get any warmth into me for ages.
When i woke up the next morning i had a stonker of a cold, which i never really got rid of my whole trip.
I will definitely think twice about going there on my next trip!

I actually went in there a couple of times for that very reason mate,
needed to cool down !
Some of the girls did look like they were shivering though...

how long have you been in there? 12 hours? sure it's cooler then in other gogos but i like it (even for starting the night). when i went out i usually began to sweat after a few minutes, so it was more than warm again.

True!
That's why I often go for the VIP seats, cause you get a blanket.
Only set back is that looking at a movie all cozy under a blanket, you end up falling asleep way too easy.

Normally I find it good, some sections you will find colder than others, as depends on where the AC is being directed.
If you find it cold, then sit in the booth between the Hotel door and Soi entrance, as that corner isn't cold.

I have had to leave Secrets on a couple of occasions because it was so cold. It was actually a joy to get outside to warm up so i understand what Sham69 is talking about.

I`ve felt the whole atmosphere there a little frigid on a couple of occasions and decided to move on.

I had a couple of beers, after that had to go
I did try changing seats but no better!
A couple of the girls agreed with me and kept going outside " pretend to look for customer"

Why not just warm them all up and yourself by climbing ontop of each other
Problem solved

Secrets
I don't recall it being hot or cold in Secrets. Obviously, it's better inside than outside when it's hot outside. Mostly, I've been there during the day or early evening. Either for breakfast or maybe for a late dinner.

Cant be as bad as the frozen vodka bar on Bangla. Even I thought that was too cold when my sweat froze!

You really think it's cold there??! We tried it on our last trip and thought it was too warm in there, maybe -5C ? Even my BG said it was nothing! It took a while to get here in there but once we where there she thought it was not so bad!
On the other hand we (not BG though!!) are used to -10C to -20C in winter time.
You know, vodka freezes at about -20C and the shot we had inside was not even close to freezing!

I actualy enjoyed that bar this year, it made a change to be rattling instead of sweating 555
We had a competition to see who could stay in there the longest, first one to leave had to foot the bin....
all those years tinker drinkin in Irish winters as a teenager paid off 555
