early check-in at hotel
I'm arriving in Bangkok at 1:AM staying in Pattaya at the Diamond Beach Hotel on the 19th for a few dys. Can't get in touch w/ them via email or phone. Does any BM know if I'll be able to check-in around 3 or 4 in the morning. Thanks.
