Has plusses ans minuses from what i hear, although had some very interesting looking ''fantasy rooms'' some even supplied with sex toys and swings and stuff. I heard about it having cockroach problems and some of the rooms smelling quite dirty.
One of the main attractions is that Kittens Agogo in underneath and you can watch them live from you TV in the room then make a call and have them sent to your room.
Bit of a novelty but ain't that just plain lazy? I would rather stay in better and cleaner hotels and just get a baht bus to walking st or wherever, part of the fun is in the hunt.

I was in the kitten club late december and i loved the way the jet of air from the dance floor blew the girls skirts up so you could get a quick look at their pussy.

Haven't tried Kittens myself but you just convinced me. Was the bf 500 ?The drinks prices cheap ? And were the girls good quality in general ?

I did not bar fine a girl , i just went in to have a look had a drink which cost me 90 baht with biscuits got a free tequila and sat right at the front of the bar, i was about 3 feet away from one of the girls i could of touched her pussy from there.
The girls looks were pretty good, i would of bar fined a few of them but it was my first time in pattaya so i wanted to just spend the night looking around.I also met the manager of the penthouse hotel and he gave me a tour of the rooms.
Next time i go will be june 11-18 and i will book one night in the penthouse, looks like a lot of fun.

i've stayed three times! its good but the novelty wore off, the owner Dudly is a bit of pr*ck stayed there all these times and when i was there at x-mas he wanted $40 for me and $40 for the bg i was with to pay for x-mas dinner that i didn't even want as i aleady had plans to eat somwhere else. the the next moring i checked out and i stayed in the holiday manion that was cool. the pool is good though but somtimes to much chlorine but me and my two mates had bg and were were going for in in the pool at 2am(that was a good night) but they had abit of problem with jelly fish i heard the kitten club well its ok again but quite expensive 600bhat bar fine and the drinks are the same if not a little bit more then other go go's in pattaya hotel rooms start at 800 bhat up wards rooms are ok but no very much space as there is lots of furniture. give it ago its fun but i've been there done it now i just want a nice clean room with a big bed.

Cockroach's in the Penthouse
I've stayed there once before (18 months ago) for a week although i was booked in for a fort-night, eventually i had enough.
At first the rooms appear ok but upon closer inspection some of the areas are caked in dust and lice plus other forms of crawling insects! Going to the toilet at night is an experience because you run the gauntlet of a batalion of Cockroach's, some of them are huge.
The rooms are full of un-necessary furniture and clutter including lots of things they are trying to flog you like books & sex aids.
On the plus side the rooms are equiped with grab rails in useful positions plus a dancing stage at the foot of the bed, however, all things considered the place is over rated & over priced compared to some of the other fab places fairly close by.
Any complaint to the management falls on death ears

I was looking at staying here untill i read this thread, maybe they have fixed th Cockroach's & Lice problem. Didn't get to visit Kitten Club coz i bar fined someone from another bar for the 5 days i was there, that was a BIG mistake that i won't be doing again. Just wondering if the bar fine at Kitten Club is 600bth then what would the price be for LT with these girls?
I may check out Penthouse & stay one night just for some fun. But has anyone been there in the past month for an update.

Bugs
I've also hear that the Penthouse has a bug problem.
As for the Kitten club? It has potential, but from my experience there are better places in Pattaya. Try the Living Dolls. Or Classroom 2000, or Nui's 2.
Actually, there are so many places you'll go nuts trying to sort it all out.

I feel like i'm going nuts try to find a place to stay in Pattaya, i don't want it too close or far away something for about 800bht per night & very guest friendly. Just one question about Long Time, what is the going rate at the go go bars for LT & beer bars, sometimes i would like someone to be with me for 24 hours & do a bit of sight seeing.

Too Cool - try Flipper Lodge. It's in your price range, very central to all the action, guest friendly and it has a pool. A mate of mine always stays there. If you're willing to pay a bit more (about 1300 at this time of year, maybe less if you haggle), try Sandy Spring or Residence Garden. They are great hotels, I've stayed at both.
There are thousands of hotels in Pattaya, so these are just my own personal opinions, but I'm sure you'd be happy with any of these choices.

Change of plans
I was planning another trip to Pattaya myself, and was even considering staying in the Penthouse, just for something different. I've tried to contact them, more than a couple times, through email with some various questions I had, but their responses, well only one response actually, was slow in returning, with little answer to my questions. I was unimpressed, to say the least. -- Secondly, after reading this post, and hearing of the conditions there, I think I'll reconsider my lodging for this trip...

3 weeks on & still no email from penthouse. I've been working in 5 star hotels for the past 17 years & this is not the best way to run a hotel...if you can call it that!

penyhouse hotel
I am a personal friend of the owner of the penthouse although i never stay there simply because i have a lt girl and prefer a hotel with a pool but have many friends who stay there. so in answer to some of the points raised here
1) Have asked 3 different friends who stay there regularly and they all say they have not seen cockroaches in their rooms
2) the bar fine is 600bht lt
3) Kittens a go go personally not one of my favs, reason why crap music selection much better across the road at the classroom or the classroom 2000 on soi 2 my fav is the club nevada on soi post office open from 1pm and also super baby on soi diamond
4) when sending an email for a booking request address it to boss Dudley as the receptionist considers she is boss and does not pass things on unless they are addressed to him

Take it from me
The place is a Sh-t Hole,
Three weeks ago my Italian Friend Stefano hired a room for four nights. Before he did this i gave him the benefit of my experience only for him to say that was 18 months ago now things are different..
No they are not; his room was filthy and worse than that, two girls he bar-fined did not want to sleep there and when he asked to speak with the manager he was told that was not possible at the moment.

Penthouse is Sh_thouse
I had the displeasure of staying in the Penthouse Hotel last week and can confirm it is riddled with cockroaches. Also that the owner Dudley has little concern for guest satisfaction and over charges at every opportunity. Breakfast is not included and I even had to pay for the soap. The Kitty | |
