Spot on Marc.

It's Sabai Room (next to Big C) on the opposite side of the road to Sabai land.
There is also Sabai Dee massage on the same side of the road to Sabai Land but to the north......confusing or what.

I've been to both Sabai Dee and Sabai Land, and wanted to try the place over on the other side of 2nd road, but I figured I'd get killed trying to cross the street. Anyone been there?

The place on the other side of the road sabairoom is the best because there you buy a drink and oggle the girls in the window and then pay the bar up front 1600 bhat and that negates the embarresing situation of haggling a price with the girl upstairs whist you are lying there with a Stonker ! 55555555 but for quality of girls you cant beat sabailand. Also worth a visit is Susies massage at the beach road on soi 4 same setup as sabairoom flat rate fee payed upfront .

Sabai Dee and Sabai Land are probably rated amongst the pattaya faithful as the top 2 establishments.
