Does anyone know if there would be any work in Phuket or any other place in thailand with a large ex pat community for a farang photographer??
Working in Greece at the moment but the winters are s**t.

You wouldn't get a work permit. No permit and it can be big trouble if you are caught. Deportation, fines, possible jail, red stamp in passport.

Basically, if a Thai can do the job, then its on a list that farangs (westerners) cannot do, hence no work permit issued.

Im sure there may be ways around this, but then it would be illegal and you open yourself up for more potential trouble.
