Hey Gee,
yeah I know its not great thai food but I like the location and the girls. I dont feel like eating farang food all the time so I do tend to eat the thai food. Basic stuff though. They cant get fried rice wrong?? Oh yeah the portions are big too thats why I get the staff to eat with me.  I have also BF one of the TG I met there before. Fairly pricy though. They do have a few lookers though. So in all I do like the place.DD

I remember the day we met at Rio to go carting.....I asked for a bottle of water.....wait 10 minutes and it didn't come....ask again.......coming sir.........wait 10 more mins nothing so go to bar........ask for water......she asks for BHT40 so I pay......wait 5 minutes.......no water.....then ask again as we were about to leave in a very crowded tuk tuk...........they give me the water and I go to get in the tuk tuk...sorry sir cannot.......what......cannot take bottle..............feck........ like a bloody Monty Python sketch....

Got back to Sydney on 17th Jan and I'm here now working on a couple of projects until mid Feb then its back to NZ for about 3 months....with trips across the Tasman every other week.....to get a few projects underway and my house in Wellington finished (you might have seen a computer generated image of it up as my avatar......I had it there for a few days until yesterday).....heading out to Milan in April for a business trip so hope to be around at Songkran for a week or so.......... Sorry I didn't get to Mai Thai to say goodbye as I was off to Krabi + Phi Phi for a liveaboard dive trip and they bought the trip forward by a day to the 10th.....the night I got back after 5 days of diving was the 15th at about 10.00pm and I had a shower shave etc and was about to head off to Eric and then I woke up on the bed wrapped in a towel about 4.00am with the TV blarring..bumma....Flew out the next day Had an excellent tour though Doje.......got my master scuba diver certification as well so happy with that

Yeah I know M26......if it had been Sydney, London or NYC I would have had the manager over and given him/her a good old bollocking............but this is Thailand and it happens everyday......I don't think that I have ever lost my cool in LOS as I am always so relaxed and know that it only makes a fool of the person making the scene.........I've witnessed scenes so many times in hotels, restaurants etc whereby the Farang looks like an absolute a$$hole yelling + screaming even though the point he is making is possibly valid.........like that guy in Patong Villa on the board recently fighting over being charged for a bottle of water.....you need to keep your sense of humour here....you get much better results

Still haven't had the mega fart belch belly-buster burger of Crustys at Faulty Towers................Yet. So much other good stuff on the me & U for me to choose!

Forgot to tell you D'man......went to the burgerless eggburger bar and scoffed one down very late one evenning towards the end of my tour....liked it that much that I bought two more to take home...........gave one to the PV security guard but it wasn't the usual guy I know......it was another guy.........I was gonna say it was from Mr Danbar but this guy was very confused at the gesture and we both had a good laugh........he ate + enjoyed it tho'.............55555
