OK here's 5

Ok it's tough to pick 5 but here they are. I'll probably change my mind 5 minutes after I post this.

1. The Floyd - Us and Them
My favourite band of all time. This song brings back memories of my wayward teenage years and the anti-establishment sentiment we had(and the altered reality ahem); the Floyd have a subtle and intelligent way of giving the finger to the establishment.

YouTube - Pink Floyd P?U?L?S?E @ Earls Court 1994 Us And Them (((Stereo))) {HQ}

2. The Sex Pistols - My Way
It's a very powerful video. A no compromising big Fcuk You to the world.

YouTube - The Sex Pistols - My Way

3. Aha - Take On me
One of the best videos from the 80s and a great song too.

YouTube - Take On Me: Literal Video Version *ORIGINAL*

4. Chris Isaak - Wicked Game
Great song, great video and pretty lady in her underwear.

YouTube - WICKED GAME [HD] Chris Isaak

5. Chris Rea - The Road To Hell
One of most uderrated musicians around. Great atmospheric video.

Some various clips I like to listen to when taking a break from the net radios... I usually prefer Live versions over studio recordings.

One of my all-time Danish favorites. Sadly, poor visual quality.
YouTube - D.A.D. - Laugh'n A Half

Another Danish band...
YouTube - Nephew - 007 is also gonna die (Live)

And of course this one:
YouTube - Metallica - Nothing Else Matters (Live)

Her voice, the piano and the eye candy. The lyrics, *shrugs*
YouTube - evanescenes-my immortal

Something different...
YouTube - Emma Shapplin - Vedi, Maria (English Subtitles)...

Well, for me, I've always liked this guy since I was a nipper...

YouTube - iggy pop

Consequently, he sings about my alter ego in this song...

YouTube - Iggy Pop - Lust For Life

This one captures another frustrating aspect of my youth that I look back on with amusement...

YouTube - It Was Over

This one...

YouTube - 1200 Micrograms

and this one are a couple of my fav toe tappers at the mo. Maybe you can make out N1 singing at the beginning of this one...555

YouTube - Astrix and Delirious - day dream (delirious rmx)

I do like decent Psytrance when you can get it.

My top 5:

1. Jimi Hendrix - all along the watchtower
My absolute favorite. Cover of a Bawb Dylan song. It blew Bawb out of his socks the first time he heard it.

YouTube - Jimi Hendrix - All Along The Watchtower

2. Led Zeppelin - dazed and confused
Best band ever. So many brilliant songs to choose from...

YouTube - Led Zeppelin - Dazed and Confused (London 1969)

3. Tubeway Army - are friends electric
A true classic and this is the ultimate live version. All Gary Numan's living ornaments albums have set new standards for synth live music.

YouTube - Gary Numan - 'Are Friends Electric' Montage

4. Pink Floyd - interstellar overdrive
Opening track of 'The piper at the gates of dawn'. Leaves me speechless.

YouTube - Pink Floyd With Syd Barrett - Interstellar Overdrive-Part 1

5. Pearl Jam - Baba O'Riley/Teenage wasteland
Pearl Jam is the best liveband I ever saw and I believe they are the best band of the last 20 years. This is a passionate cover of one of the Who's classics.

YouTube - Pearl Jam--Baba O'Riley--1993

Enjoy.

One of the funniest videos I've ever seen (and also a great song) is Paul Simon's 'You can call me Al' where he teams up with Chevy Chase.

Seems too be a few Floyd fans here....

This is my Fav. band doing a tribute too them. Every once in awhile during a tour, they'll choose the odd show and during the later part of the show, cover an album from a band that influenced them in it's entirety.

I have heard that version of Peaches before and thought it was a load of crap, but with the vision, certainly makes it much more enjoyable.

I think this one is strange. I know that the AHA page on Wikipedia says the same thing but if you search for other concerts they have more people. Iron Maiden on Rock in Rio 2001 had 250000 paying people in the crowd. They did a live recording and it is all very well documented. And if you look around you can find many concerts with more paying crowd then 198000.

Now I am not talking about free concerts. If we talk about free concerts it is the (and this is ofcourse only estimated figures) Red Steward concert on Copacabana and Jean Michel Jarre in Moscow that had 3,5 million people in the crowd. Other big concerts are woodstock with 500.000 and Simon and Garfunkel in NY who had 750.000 people in the crowd.

The biggest indoor concert that I can find on internet is Alice Coopler from 1974 who had 150.00 people in Anhembi, Sao Paolo, Brasil.

Are all the big concerts in Brasil?

Other funny facts is that the most expensive concert ticket is to the Led Zeppelin concert in London 2002. They had auction and two tickets where sold for 82.464,5 US dollars each. And this was not the black market. I think this concert allso has the record for black market tickets but that is not facts only roumors.
