i had some excellent times in starbar(soi easy)owners ricky and steve are good guys, some nice bg's too, also the dogs bollocks was another favourite of mine for afternoon drinking as well as the start of the night session owned by denzil from kent another great guy.

Good drinking hole.
Any time you fancy getting away from the hustle & bustle of Bangla and fancy a couple of quiet beers in good company, there's a great little bar called Monee bar. If you head north up Rat-U-Thit, turn right into the soi that takes you up to Sky Inn, Grand Condotel & Devana Hotel, It's about 20 metres up there. Lady called Monee owns it. Great fun, especially when she's pissed. guaranteed no hassles, bill padding etc. A lot of ex-pats use it.

My favorite Bar would have to be Playschool ago go, ok it's not a bar i know but ago go. I did hang out at Scooby Doo bar last time i was there, never did make it over to MTB
 But this time i will if i don't get stopped on the way there or i'll never make it

drank a lot in one bar on soi easy and had a great time with the staff
dont remember the name it was near the first bar in the middle part of the right hand entrance.

i always like the schipwreck bar on bagla , you can sit there and watch mom and dad & there littele children looking in disbelief at the ladyboys

Aussie bar was a favourite but I made the mistake of taking a girl from there for most of the last tour so now I guess I will have to find somewhere else or risk an earbashing [ or worse lol ] also Kangaroo and all the bars under Tiger whose names escape me as it was always late when I got there.
PS [ they are all good!!!!!!!!]

i like the mini-bar in my hotel room!!!!!! lol only jokin, i think there is so many good bars that it is hard to decide, i've not been to mtb but i will when i come in a few weeks for shur 100%

Third bar on the left on soi tiger
Used to like drinking at this bar but always found the owner always on the piss
 Tried to talk to him about his choice of tshirts ( Scottish designer stuff) it made him look at home on soi paradise  But if you could get beyond the owner it's a good bar cuites behind the bar and sometimes crouching below Also like the bar before it as they have one girl that could save you in case your boat capsizes (huge life preservers).

Soi Gonzo has been bottom of my list for a while now. Not sure why, but I think they made a real big mistake putting the new facade across the front. It makes it like an 'inside' place I think.
Soi Eric and Soi Seadragon have always been further up my list, and I guess Tiger now as well.
