It is the beginning of the end when power strugles arise in a plc. Therefore I suggest all candidates are dismissed and that an interim manager from the outside will be hired to reorganise the company to regain the trust from the clients.

Offers under 100 million Baht per annum are not taken into consideration.

Some irregular goings on here ....

MrD - I dont recall the 5 Baht for 1 share transaction and this is very serious Moderator behavior - however I will not send this to the SEC if to indeed honour this deal and in addition buy me 2 Jack/Coke at MTB or Hells Bells as a fine.

I have just this morning made a deal selling a small stake at 10 Baht/share - perhaps should list a daily quotation for HHplc shares - I'm making a market 11.00/12.50 now. (Stick confidentiality rules out me divulging the identity of the buyer - however HHplc should be concerned)!

Sammy is correct in how we came to buy our significant stakes (a lot more than 50 satang MrD) - and look for for substantial upside. As I'm a technical trader would the CEO - past or present provide me with a trading history for the stock.

Election affairs commission have been alerted to some illegal behind the scenes ballot stuffing and alleged flying voters..

Needless to say this is being investigated by a professional body (a cut above HH plc of course) and candidates who have been pumped by these methods may face disqualification.
