I think you have a lovely kitchen slam.
As a matter of fact, I'm duly impressed that so many men have such fabulous kitchens...well done!
Now then...whats for dinner? lol

Well thank you Wow and if you plan on coming to dinner at my house, you would be well advised to bring 2 things: a baseball bat and a attitude.
With a house full of teenage boy's, feeding time is not for the weak of heart.

K...bat...check...
attitude...check...
I may only be 5' and tiny but I'd knock a small child or a teenager over for that matter for a good meal!

55555 be careful, my boy's are all 6ft plus...and as for dinner tonight, I took out a roast this morning. I'll just throw it in the back yard and they chase it like hyena's on a baby antelope! Keeps the dining area clean.

Too funny Slam!
K I'll give em points on the height...but, being the successful mother of two...ages 23 and 25 (I started young *wink*) I happen to know they can be outwitted most of the time ...throw that lock while they're occupied in the backyard! haha

I think so Bono! At least this thread has reminded me to get this pile of 27 ant-covered, greasy cardboard boxes with cartoons of Italian chefs with big hats on down to the wheelie bin sometime later today.
I'll check 'em first, may have missed a slice!

I'm along the same lines as Pablo- after 20 odd years of 'institutional' food I like to have what I want, when I want, as garlicky as I want and how I want. Saying that its cheaper here to buy meals off the large number of ladies pushing carts down the road and probably far healthier than the western food I cook. Just added a rice cooker ( and she hasn't got 2 legs) and will do more veggie stir frys.

I met a three-legged rice cooker recently, but that's another story, for another time.
