One thing the doc forgot to say: When taking cialis or viagara, only take a half of the pill. That should be enough. In fact, if you are trying Viagara for the first time, then I would suggest that you only take a quarter of a pill. On occasions when I do take Viagara(if Vit C is unavailable, and I feel the need for insurance), I only use a quarter pill, which works just fine for me. For most people, the usual dose is half a pill. If that doesn't quite do the job, then it is OK to do a whole pill. But you should start out with a quarter and go up from there only if needed, just to be on the sake side.
One other thing. In patong, cialis is a lot more expensive that viagara. They want 2000 to 2400 Baht for a box with 4 pills. Viagara is not nearly so much. And all the pharmacies carry viagara, but only the ones on or close to Bangla carry cialis. Kamagra gel is very good, too. It is Indian viagara in gel form. Tastes bad, works good.  Less side effects than regular viagara.

Half a Cialis lasts for about 2 days so don't use anymore cos it wears me out and last time, literally I could hardly walk after a mammoth sess of numerous times over 14 hours, funny thing was she was okay and would of gone on for more!!!

Thought I would throw my 2 cents in.
I am 40, and I have never tried viagra, as for cialis have never even heard of it before. What I can say I have used a natural pill called Yohimbe helps the blood flow and gives great feeling if taken right. Its just a herbal tablet. But works for me, it is just hard to get thats all. Anyone heard of it.

Yeah yohimbe 9yohimbine ??) can in strong enough doses give a mild stimulant (expresso coffee mild) which raises the metabolism and burns more calories.. it also has a thermogenic effect (eg your body runs a few degrees hotter) which uses a lot more calories..
Mates of mine used to run herbal high health and head shops in Holland so Gruana / Ginsing / etc etc etc are all things I have come accross pretty often.. When I used to work 20 hour days or had to work a 36 - 48 hours straight I used to keep a 200 pack of these type of pills in the glove box.. trying to drive from Berlin back to NL at night after you have already been awake for 36 hours could be a nightmare.. Everyone has slightly different body chemistry and some herbs work better on some people than others.. There was one herbal combo horse pill they sold that had (if you munched 4 or 5 times the dose) a near amphetamine strenght with none of the horrible after effects of chemical speeds.. Currently I am taking 2 chinese ginsing each morning.. They really increase energy levels through the day.. You have to sample a few of the ginsing products though as some seem much less potent than others and the price or box labelling seems to have very little bearing on the quality effect.. I have found that the herbal uppers that contain caffine in high concentrations gave me shakes and bad stomach.. Ephidrine based ones are ok but Gruana ones were the cleanest (for me) and with the least sides.. Really could keep you bouncing through a busy day even on only a couple of hours sleep. I am sure these are usable as part of a diet exercise regime and am surprised theres not more discussion of it..

And thinking about the above.. Capiscum which is the active ingredient in chillies / peppers / pepper spray etc, is also a strong thermogenic..
I wonder if that contributes to the Thai girls abaility to eat so much and yet not gain weight..

Caution- yohimbe can cause psychosis in some individuals. My buddy found that out the hard way- good screwing, then two weeks on valium.

You won't have any problems, No one is checked in BKK. Even you home country will most likely look the other way unless you are bringing in more than what could be your personal supply.
