big silicones vs small real ones
OK, I know this has probably been debated to death in other forums. But I need to know from a guy's point of view. Since almost everyone here is fairly open and friendly...I'm asian and my farang bf is a self confessed boob man and unfortunately for him, I am petite in the upper compartment.....
I know he loves me for whom I am, not how I look or dont look like but I am wondering if I should get a boob job done to please him more. I just want to make him even happier if I can say that... Most people tell me get it done for yourself. Frankly, my size doesnt bother me much. I'm 5 feet 4, small -medium 32 B. So guys, if you've seen/felt silicone/saline boobies can you tell me your answers for the following: 1) Do you prefer it small but natural OR big+implants (so is it more of a visual or tactile thing? 2) Saline looks+feels better or silicone? 3) Can anyone describe in full how it feels to the hands/mouth or looks up close? The pics on the internet done give much clue on the actual use in the bedroom. Thanks, appreciate your answers, guys, Cheers, Lene

I bought my thai GF implants but she wanted them more than i did. Very pleased with the results. If you massage them correctly after the Op they will feel softer and less rigid. They still stand up when you lay down on your back but personally I love that.
1)Any size/shape of breast can be appealing but I do prefer a handfull and like a firm defined shape. 2)Pretty similar I believe - a lot depends on how much 'room' you have before implants as to how they will look and feel. 3)Feels good  You can certainly tell by the firmness that implants are not natural. Scaring is an issue you should consider as they will be visible (but fade with time never completely dissappearing), currently there are 3 points of insertion:semi-circle inscition just under the nipple - semi-visible scar you don't see wearing bikini etc armpit inscision - scar only visible when arms are raised and then once faded it looks like a crease in the skin if the surgeon did his job. under breast insition - not used as much these days as it leaves the most obvious scar, should only consider this one if you already had larger sagging/drooping boobs as the scar will become hidden under the breast. just my personal thoughts/experience best consult your surgeon they will explain better than i can

I prefer girls who do not have silicon.......but if they have, so be it. For girls who have babies it is sometimes good due to wear and tear (am l being politically correct enough there ?)

I would say C-cup is perfect, B-cup I could live with, A-cup well... That remains to be seen...
 This applys for a long term thou. I have never held in my hand a plastic piece of boob however it looks damn fine so I would prefer a girl with a boob job rather than a A-cup. Nevertheless if you feel comfy with your size and if your guy is happy too, then there is really no reason to go through it. Boobs are not everything you know...

1) As a guy who love nice breasts, I have to say that it is not really the size per se that determines whether how nice the breasts are. It is the shape and the feel of them, and what the nipples look like. A well-formed B cup can easily be superior to a C or D cup(but not necessarily). A lot of big natural breasts are really not especially attractive, particularly if they have no real shape or firmness.
I have had girlfriends with small boobs, even A cups, and was married to a lady with absolutely stupendous C/D cups(depended on the time of the month). I have also dated several with implants. A pair of breasts is only really too small when the chest is completely flat . One BG I went with last tour had very large nipples and a chest literally as flat as a board. As much as I liked her, it would be difficult to go long term with a girl like that for me. Another girl from the last tour had a perfect set of Bs, and I would rate her the best of that 3-month tour, except for one girl who had the perfect set, which were firm perky Cs that fairly stood up and saluted. Wow!! The only breasts I've ever seen that rated better than my ex. When she lay there naked asleep, laying on her back, I could just stare at her breasts forever as they totally amazed me. Yet, they were also soft, warm and cuddly. If she were a little prettier and drank a lot less, she would have been the perfect girl for me. Even so, it was hard letting her go. Although I would have to say it is more a visual than tactile thing, both factors are important, and even a perfect-looking set goes way down in my rating if they feel hard, because then the girl lacks that womanly sense of emotional warmth oozing from her body when you lay your head on her chest. A pairs of rocks there is just not so comfy. 2) Saline or silicone? Can't say for sure. Dated two girls with implants who, by coincidence were both Vietnamese. One had breasts that were spectacular Ds, perfect to look at. But much too hard for me. And really, although they look great standing up, it is unnatural. The other girl's chest, on first glance was not as stunning, but really they had the droop of natural breasts(but not too much), and were quite soft. Definitely better, even though they didn't look as perfect and were smaller, although full Cs were plenty for that small girl. I didn't ask which were silicone and which were saline, but suspected that the hard ones were silicone and the soft ones saline. 3) Well, I think I just answered this already. But the girl with the soft Cs looked good, almost as good as natural, and felt very good, even if not quite as good as real. The girl with the Ds looked just amazing, but it freaked me out the way they stood up no matter which way she moved or laid on her back, and I really did not like the hardness of them.

My girl had hers done a couple of years ago and I can't really see the attraction. I've only ever had one operation (hernia) and it was the most appalling experience from start to finish. I could not imagine going through that to please my partner.
They pleased her because she feels that she looks better in certain clothes, so on that basis they are a good thing. But it is purely for looks, and seems extreme to me. Physically, read Hobbsy's post he is spot on. I think another point raised it's head recently as well, if the breast develops a lump behind the implant you may never find it?

Love your detailed replies, thank you all. I think mine actually have a nice shape and are firm and dense to touch to begin with. I do get a bit insecure whenever I think about the comments he passed (harmless ones) about the size of my boobs. Or when he told me about how he enjoyed past lovers' hefty ones. first of all i hate plastic boobs second i love small natural boobies bigger than b not my cup of tea the smaller the better start with A, all flat i also not like
so don't go to the doctor for surgery if you are happy with your boystoys, every surgery has a risk in it , and there can be complications afterwards also. never do it because a bloke wants it. but it's your choice be happy
