What if any legal recourse do I have?
Married in wifes village last year, by monk!
We moved then I bougth a car in her name, brand new as I was told I could not buy car in my name.
Bought motorcycle new in her name, started small business, with me footing
the bill for start up, lease in her name,as I was told by owner who happens
to be leader of this area were we are rent, could only but in her name.
Today she tells me to move my ass out ,I do have house rented in my name,
so not worried about that !
I have invested around 1.5 millon baht, she has not work since we meet last year and before that work history not good.
Is there any thing I can do or do I just bend over and get fu..k again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated>

Don't know anything about Thai legal system , but just reading your post I'd say you're screwed.

Marriage not legal in your country , or for that fact in Thailand. All property and good are legally in your "wife's" name so can't see any recourse there.

OK , house is "rented" in your name, so you should be able to stay there but I would bet that very shortly some reason will be found to kick you out, remember , Thai's will look after Thai's.

Sorry mate , looks like you have been stitched up and regrettably I honestly don't think there is anything you can do about it.

The monk marriage means nothing legally.. But this is Thailand and if you bought her a car and motorbike they are hers..

No reason you had to.. Cars and bikes can easily be registered as farang owned.. Basically you just have to accept that you have been lied to and taken.. Move on from this as theres nothing legally to be done to help.
