Learn Scandinavian in BKK
Well first of all, to get it so everyone understand it (ref. other thread about Scandinavia) in this case Scandinavia is Denmark, Norway and Sweeden.
But if you, like me, have your GF in the BKK area, eventually waiting to come to your home country, or if you just think it would be nice for her to learn some Scandinavian, then this company offers free (until Dec. 31st.) training in Danish, Norwegian and Swedish.

I found it on a Danish-Thai Site...

Thanx, that will be helpfull if my GF is up to it. I am allready paying for english course for her every Saturday and Sunday at some university and it seems she has enough with that at the moment
She sent me an sms yesterday saying that she was visiting her grandson. When I told her that was not possible she sent me an sms an hour later saying: sorry, visit granddaughter mine.
However, at the end of the day she knew the difference between a grandchild and a niece

Hi Tommy,
5555! But are you quite sure it wasn't her grandson/daughter?? If your GF is 36 and had her child at age 18, then that child could very likely have a son or a daugther too!! I had a GF last year. She was 38 (but looked like she was 28!) and had just become a grandmother!
But I'm glad you liked the link!
Rgds,
SMF

I am certain (?)
Hi Erik,
I was a bit surprised first myself, but I am just about certain that she has NO children herself. Comparing her stomach to other Thai women who had labored then I see a big difference. And visiting her family in Chanthaburi province I did see lots of family pictures and no children of hers there. But then again, there are 4-5 small children in her family so who knows?? I can only take her word for it but then again her english, specially spoken is not really good She is not more than 30 but she could still be a grandmother
Maybe one of these days I might be up for a big surprise regarding a "family reunion in Norway
Regards Tommy

55555555! Yes you never know! Somehow they sometimes "forget" many things, until they are really relevant! Like the two girls from Patong that I have been "dating", both originally said they where 30! But neither of them was! The first was 35 and the second is 32! They forgot, they said! Yes sure!!
Rgds,
Erik

Ha ha I have allready been "surprised" of things she has said that are a contradiction to what she has previously told me or let me to believe.
Maybe it was her way of telling me that she really is a grandmother and then figured it was to early to tell me from my reaction
From your experience I better check her passport when she comes to Norway!
