This girl is different-Not
Not another love story. Last year I was in BKK and anyway I decided I would try a bit of russian for a change so headed out to the novotel didn't find any thing I liked and ended up talking to this cambodian, considers herself high class wanted 5000 baht got her down to 2000 not much else on offer so we leave, this girl is a true pro knows how to press the right buttons and look after a man (I think I scored about 620 on the kinky test dont know if I should own up to that) she gets around a bit Hong Kong Singapore etc so you get the picture,any how shes fun to be with has a good sense of humour good english so usually catch up with her for a couple of days when I'm in town, getting to the point of the story she texts me every now and then to say hello, just before chrismas I receive a text 2 pages long usual " Hello darling blah blah blah when you come to BKK blah blah miss you etc, right at the end darling can you do me a small favour lend me just $300 US", anyway after I finished laughing
 a couple of days later I was at work bored decide to text her back (I do like being with this girl lot of fun) goes something Like this "darling do you know how many request for money I get a week, I always say no, Whats going on what you need money for", reply goes something like" small problem need for airfare (probably needs to get to Hong Kong make some money) please just do me small favour and next time we together I not charge you and pay you back money" My little head takes over and against the big heads better judgement I decide to send her the money, I figure cheap lesson or like buying a prepaid phone card. I was planning my 1st Patts trip in June (usually go to Patong) I have 1 month off starting Feb 27 so I say may as well take her, I know like taking sand to the beach, have a professional tour guide, so as when I come back in June I will have a better idea of where to go what places I like etc, only going to spend 5 days with her in Patts, then go our separate ways, then 5 days in Bangers then probably off to Patong for the remainder, will let you know how it goes regarding getting my "loan" back and interest payable, either way don't worry me as long as a good time is hadCheers Dave

Pretty ballsy mate but hey what can i say im sure there are many BM's that have fallen for the same trap and the little man takes control of all emotions... Dont know about you getting the money back but im sure you'll make up every cent once in the sack with her. It will be interesting to see how it all pans out for you and the cambo chick...
Lookin forward to the trip reports... One thing I dont agree with is you taking her to Pattaya, ok about hanging with her in BKK but mate there is so much for a single bloke to do in Patts but i guess you will know what im talking about once your there and never do it again... Good Luck Bud

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. At least u have ur eyes open and think it is probably just another scam to access your ATM. Sounds like u'll have fun in Patts, her and a few extra playmates along the way.....

I think something like this works only when you can get back to see her within a few weeks or less....otherwise there will be a motorbike accident or somebody sick and a request for more money....then when you turn that one down because you already gave, you lose all the "goodwill" you earned on the first money transfer even if it was a huge amount. The old "I really need your help this time but you not help me, you not care me" story. Been there, done that. I hope it works out for you dude, I honestly do! She sounds like a fun girl, not many know how to push all the right buttons!

The Test
Well it is Valentines day!
I am really not as cynical as some people. Last June Noi asked me to lend money to her uncle, a complete reprobate who turned up to our house with not enough money for the bus fare back to his! - He lives outside Hua Hin.... Brazen face he asked me for 12,000 baht with a promise of life time gratitude and repayment in 6 months. Noi really controls our finances in Thailand and 12,000 was duly handed over. In December he returned to the house with his 12,000 baht. Unfortuantely he still did not have enough money for the bus fare home so 5,000 baht was lent! Nevertheless the thought was there! On this basis the loan will take two years to repay... Honour debt is important in Thailand and I really do not think this girl will steal your money. It is a loan, not a gift. Nevertheless the repayment terms will be interesting and not usual I am sure. She might repay it fully by agreeing to marry you.. lol Mac

Hell I like this girl. If I were you I would consider her a friend. I'd definitely loan her the money...it isn't a huge sum and you'll know where she's at when she repays\doesn't repay you.

Lastest update
Received a sms from the cambodian today asking if I could come 5 days earlier, as her visa expires the day I arrive and she has to go to singapore for 3 weeks, of course I can't as I have to work, legit excuse or not I don't know, you think she would of known weeks ago, Of course I can call her bluff because I am passing through singapore on the day she gets there, but cant be bothered, maybe I could ask for a quickie at the airport, any how already booked the hotel and car to Patts, so still going and probably be a lot more fun on my own

Arrange to meet her at the Airport.You'll probably have a few hours stop over anyway.
That's the win/win.It'll be a great start to your holiday,she'll keep her end of the bargain,you'll have kept in contact with her and then you can go and enjoy yourself and maybe hook up with her in the future if it's worth your while and you feel like it..............call her bluff for sure

Heard from the cambodian today now she going to Hong Kong not Singapore? on the 29th so she's going to stay with me 2 days in Pattaya which will give me a feel for the place, then when she's gone I can butterfly for 3 days before I go see my sweet little angel in BKK

I only just spotted this thread, but as I was reading it through, I thought the "loan" would enable her to go to a different place/country to ply her trade, and that maybe she would then change the venue where she proposed meeting you, or continue to change it as her opportunities changed, and thus your get together/loan repayment may never take place.
I would guess if you do get to meet up, she will want to limit your time together, as she will not be earning during that time!! Good Luck
