I had £15 @ 14/1 on West Ham to win 2-1 I'll give it all back to the bookie gladly, in return for winning the cup this year !!

Good bet Diz......good to see the Hammers having a good year....manager is not a pratt, unlike a couple of other London Clubs (West & North)

Would he still have looked the same, had his "haymaker" connected with Matthew Etterington ??

For me, it just goes to show how pathetic the majority of professional footballers are these days - just an overpaid bunch of kids

I thought he was "Harshly" sent off, It was a bit of handbags and not much more...

Well done to West Ham though, Hopefully Liverpool will follow them into the Semi's tonight, Fingers crossed, Although Birmingham will probably find a way of doing us over, They always seem too

Birmingham v Liverpool in the FA Cup...

8 games, Liverpool have won 5, drawn 2 lost 1.

Last time they played it was in 2002 at Anfield and 3-0 to Liverpool

The last time they played away in 1995 Liverpool drew 0-0 and then drew again in the replay at home.

Previous to that, Liverpool won 4-1 at home but that was 1947 !!

If league form can be used as any sort of guide, then the last 10 League games between these 2 clubs at St.Andrews has resulted in 2 Birmingham wins, 4 draws and 4 Liverpool wins.

Overall I would say that Liverpool look to have the edge and also seem to found an extra gear in their last few games. Plus with "our Robbie" now off the mark I think it will be a win for Liverpool.

I'm going for...
3-1 to Liverpool @ 14/1 with Blue Square
Garcia to score first and 3-1 Liverpool @ roughly 60/1
Gerrard to score first and 3-1 Liverpool @ roughly 45/1
Kewell to score first and 3-1 Liverpool @ roughly 60/1
...a fiver on each

Liverpool 2-0 up after 5 minutes, I bet Ally will be dancing round the pub for the next 85 minutes !!

2 of my bets blew out straight away courtesy of Hyypia, but because Kewell didn't start, it means that the fiver on him + 3-1 now goes onto just the correct score of 3-1, meaning I now have £10 on Liverpool to win 3-1 @ 14/1. So I need a bit of a Brummie fightback to go 2-1 and then the stage is set.......for Robbie to come on and blast home the 3rd goal for Diz to collect !!

Just a shame he's not playing really !!

Being a neutral I thought Man City were a little unlucky. If they didn't have such a crap keeper (first goal classic near post ) they were IMO the better team overall. Vassell wasted a few chances, but fair play Ashton took his well.
The sending off was stupid. No way was that a red card. It ruined it for City.
Doesnt bother me anyway. As long as its Chelsea v anyone for the final

The Chinese fella got a 4 match ban and there's no appeal from City, so they don't think it was a case of being too harsh. I still reckon he got what he deserved, because he definitely swung an arm "with intention" and there's no excuse for that.

As for Liverpool, that's one of the best 7-0's I've seen in a long time

Yes really enjoyed that last night, I am sure ETV will still be crying into his cornflakes...555555555..

So its now 15 goals in 3games for us, And 7goals in 2games for Everton....

Should be all set up now for a 0-0 on Saturday...55555555..

ALI fair play to liverpool you can only beat whats put in front of you but i am struggling to remember a more pitiful disgusting display put up by any side in my years of watching fa cup ties no wonder those 2 fans tried to get to Steve Bruce it was a shameful performance for a team who are playing a home quarter final FA cup tie i reckon a team in the 2nd division like Leyton Orient would have put up a stiffer fight those Birmingham players should be ashamed to show there faces .
