Hi Paul

Ticket prices for Premiership league games vary according to each clubs pricing policy.
Liverpool sell tickets for between £30 and £35.

However, Chelsea charge from £45 to £65 per ticket.

My dad paid 60 notes for the Anderlect game last season. I remember a time when tickets to the cup winners cup semi final against vicenza were just 25 notes. I think Chelsea are holding prices for this season. season after expect them to go up again and price us out of the market even more

My God-father has a season ticket at Stamford Bridge (Chelsea) which costs him just over £3000 a year. Its not the best of seats either, but not the worst.

My Uncle on the other hand has a box at OLd Trafford (Man U). I would hate to see what that costs his company!!!!

Where is he sitting at the bridge? With Mr Abramovich and his russian possy?? You can get a decent season ticket for about the 800 mark in the Matthew harding upper. Good view and good atmosphere. Well better than the prawn craker eating east stand upper tier. God there is no atmosphere there. "were gonna make this a blue day"

i guess it seems pretty much on par
like i said, fenway park, where the red sox play is the oldest park in US and doesnt seat that many so they have top charge extra to make up for it
it is an institution though and the best atmosphere of any sporting arena ive been to in the states so well worth the price

IMO i think a lot of the atmosphere has been lost at the big clubs in England. Most of the noise comes from the away fans. German football is good for noise. Since moving to the Frankfurt region i have been quite a few times and find the fans so noisey from start to end. Tickets are cheaper to got a ticket to Frankfurt v Borussia Dortmund for 21 euros and was a good view. Still no club can ever match my love for the blues. Come on you Chelsea

whenever the red sox get a new player, the new player always comments that he cant believe the atmosphere here in boston, especially for the red sox
and players that have gone to other teams always mention they miss it.

To be honest mate, have no idea. Though he talks about having exclusive access to some of the members bars/restaraunts etc. When i ever i talk to him about it, he starts to bore we with stories about chelsea and how they will beat us (liverpool) this year.......... . So I just turn off and think about the European CUP!

I remember when i first was a season ticket holder i thought then it was expensive. Now i think it has gotten stupid. helsea for the European cup a midfield with Lamps and Ballack and hopefully Shevchenko upfront -unstopable force.

When I was a kid I had a season ticket for Blackpool and it cost £6 ! Decent football too, they were top 6 of the old second division.

These days, we used to go to Old Trafford maybe 4 or 5 times a season but it was a trial getting tickets as IJ says. You have to be a member before applying for tickets, then you go into a ballot and we seemed to get around one in six. A pain in the grass.

To be fair to United, juniors are half price wherever they sit which I admire them for.
