Germany: A prankster has caused injuries to football fans by filling balls with concrete. Six footballs were chained to fences in Berlin with signs saying "Can you kick it?" Two men, aged 21 and 23, were treated for foot injuries after trying to do so. The balls could have been left by someone who is sick of the World Cup,' said a police spokesman.

Different but similar was a stury (urban legend) I had heard about some kids in winter making snowmen.. Local lads saw them and mowed them down with thier car a few times in a row..

Next time they made a snowman they made it round a water hydrant.. Problem solved !!
