To be fair, the fights in the old Shark Club are 100% genuine. That seems to be where the boys who have been training in Thailand end up fighting.
The guy in the vid looks good, the Dutch have a real history of producing great Thai boxers.

Shark club fights are real but not very good quality.. If your going to go then go to the one by the bowling (or phuket town but only same same as Tams) on a monday or thursday..
Yes they have kids warm up fights.. Sometimes though they will really get at it for 2 12 y/o's.. Theres usually 3 or 4 good adult fights and its luck of the draw if you get a random good night.. If you drop into Tums bar and speak with the owner he will set you straight on when he has specials / farangs fighting etc.. I think its worthwhile evening entertainment.

He's some fighter, great boxer and classy kicker. I agree with Lil had some great nights at Tams place, go with a group of guys, sink a few beers whilst watching the fights and have a bet with your mates, adds to the fun. Last time their we sat amongst the Thai guys that are organising the betting, one kept wanting me to bet but we kept it amongst ourselves, then a Dutch guy came on and I really fancied him against the Thai guy, usually the Thai fighters win easily against most of the farang. So I agreed with the thai betting man, I bet on Dutchy for 100 bht he takes Thai offering me 4 to 1 odds, brilliant Dutchy killed the Thai in 1 round, all of a sudden Thai guy was very embarrassed looking, couldn't understand english anymore and then legged it off further down the seats, good thing was he didn't bother us anymore!!!

Never had a Thai guy run away from a bet made there (surprised me actually) took 3k off a thai fella in Phuket town one night where we bet every fight and he kept trying to double up his way out..
Lost a grand on Jason.. when I heard it was pure boxing I let my heart rule my head.. That little Thai fella split him open good and proper..
