THE FINAL chance comes this weekend if we can beat wigan then i reckon we will stay up because another win against bolton would do the trick
the case about signing ilegal players i have it from good scource the hammers checked out their position with the fa before making those signings so i cant see them having points deducted
its not over yet my twin sister aint singing yet 55555555

It looks a toss up between West Ham and Wigan for the last relegation place now. I hope the Hammers stay up as they have always played the kind of football I enjoy, not hoofing upfield for the forwards to chase
This is a pretty good website for seeing out the season

THE HAMMERS WILL NOW STAY UP !
i am heading down to london on thursday to go to the bolton game i reckon a win there will see us safe but also going our way is the fact that if united beat city next week (a shoe in) and chelsea dont beat arsenal then the title race is over then when the hammers go to old trafford for the last game i can see them playing a shadow united team United are already struggling with injuries do you really think if the title is won they are going to be giving a damn about the hammers game especially with a possible champions league final and fa cup final to play
i also think charlton might ? survive if arsenal beat fulham tomorrow then they will be in the brown stuff major league !
come on you irons !

I JUST THINK that that decision on friday (no points deduction) must have been like each of the players getting a 10 gallon adrenalin injection for players who were down and out and without hope they now see a way out and i think they will take it !
I SEE TEVEZ has already commited to west ham for next season whether they go down or not !

If the title is decided this weekend, then Man Utd will roll over in the final game and West Ham could even win that game.
Who have Fulham got this week?
I reckon Watford, Charlton and Wigan might be the ones to go down.

Nah cannot go to court, just publicityu seeking. Deduct points from West Ham effects more than West Ham, it effects the top end of the table as well, so cannot be done.

Sorry maybe I am a bit slow today, But how would it affect the top end of the table?
I wouldnt be so sure about this not going to court, I bet at least one club will sue West Ham and the Premier League as this is total breach of the rules which is normally an automatic points deduction, So the other clubs have a case if they go down considering the amount of money they will be looking at losing due to this decision, How many points is that Tevez has won them with his performances this season, He is there player of the year and has been in outstanding form, And without him they probably would not have picked up so many points, So they have a strong case!!
Personally I would hate to see that happen, But they are the rules!!

An example of how it can effect top end, say they had been deducted 3 points then by the time they play United they would be relegated and could give a less effective display, saying that by next week the league will be over, thoer teams could then be safe and not play as hard etc.
Its not a total breach of the rules and there is no precedent for a points deduction. I initially thought the same as you ally but then watched some footie programme that explained exactly what went on but now for the life of me cannot remember all the facts, only that I concluded that they shouldn't get points deducted and also thought 5.5mil was a very high fine.
But at the end of the day, it was an independent jury and a qualified judge who made the decision, so its fact and will not be changed or really cannot be challenged, bit like a refs decision, the 90 mins are over.
I get madder thinking that its the clubs that are in the relegation battle that are considering the court case, why cos West Ham have almost played their way out of relegation, if its so wrong why is none of the other clubs involved?
