What a great win breaking course record by 2 seconds,seems our aussie sprinters are superior to euro horses. maybe an idea from IJ or someone over there could let us know if her opposition was the best aussie horses run 1st 3rd and 4th she will be horse of the year for sure now.

our sprinters arent great cliff............havent had a class sprinter for awhile......the big one was won by takeover target last year and there was a winner from south africa the year before...........
shes down to run again on saturday and she will probably win it as well............

Same as the European horses are better stayers......and the Japanese now.....it's just that Makybe Diva was a freak and kept them at bay for a few years.

yea your right IJ here we have very few races over more than 2400m on the flat.
just the melbourne,sydney,perth and adeilade cups at 3200m and a couple of lower class races. brisbane cup now 2400m got caught out the other day thinking it was 2 miles. Also have noticed that over there it happens quite often a horse first run out of spell at 3000 to 4000m,here they start out at 1200m and work up to distance races over 5 to 6 runs.
