Yes it is, played it once a couple of years ago, need a lot of time.

Rather just place bets online.

Cheers.

Anyone thinks if Man City will have a tough time?

The manager spent so much and so many new players.

Yaiks.

It's as time consuming as following the league. Anyway, no worries. Thought I'd just ask.

Nautilus, with Sven at the helm, do you actually believe Man City stands a chance? England left him with the country's very best and he did fcuk all. Would have preferred Ranieri, if you ask me.

Dont involve England, it's not fair. How often the England squad plays together compared to a Club?

Let's just see what he can really do. Although pre season friendlies and results aint so good.

Guess l'm thinking of what they have bought in to Aussie Rules.....The Salary Cap....evens up the competition and gives at least 8-10 teams out of 16 a 40/1 or less better chance of winning the Premiership......l think it was first bought in by a USA competition, maybe their "Football".

Also realise that comparing small time AFL against EPL is a non event in terms of world popularity.

Also understand that a Salary Cap is probably impossible given the ownership and public listing of clubs in UK......but realistically the richer clubs in the EPL are the only ones that can win......according to the Bookies anyway.....but wouldn't it be more interesting if say 10 out of the 22 clubs had a realistic chance of winning insted of 4 ?

ivanlim, it seems to be a very popular opinion that Sven did "fcuk all" but when you look at the statistics he runs out as second best England manager of all time. Expectations at the time and the money he was earning, I think, taint the reality.

Very good club manager is Sven, I'm pretty sure City will do well with the new squad. I predicted top six for City but then, I'm a City fan, so I would.

This year I see (with my sky blue tinted glasses) United will win it (unfortunately). I think (or is that 'hope') that Liverpool will pass Arsenal and push Chelsea for second spot. Arsenal may flounder and even be overtaken by Spurs (Jol, I rate). City in sixth, then a fight for top half between Villa, Portsmouth, Bolton, Newcastle and Sunderland. The rest are bottom half with Wigan, Everton and Derby going down.
