I dont really mind germans, apart from the war and a few other things, but this german is really getting on my nerves!!

The last time Manchester United started the season with 2 draw was in 1999, that season ended very good!

I reckon the league won't take proper shape until another 6 matches or so are played. Losing Rooney is a big blow for Utd. Someone else is going to have to weigh in with some goals while he is out.
Oh, and Ronaldo got a red card tonight 55555555

Don't know if you guys realised, but this is the most constructive thread in the forum at the moment.
The rest is just mud-slinging with a new devil's advocate causing havoc.
Anyway, MU getting 2 draws against weaker teams. muahaha!
Without Ronaldo over the weekend, Nani will play on the right.
Sad to say, with the depth and quality of the team, I have little doubt that this slow start is nothing more than an ant's hiccup for MU.
Even if Tevez would suddenly get an injury, MU still has time to buy another player before the transfer window closes.
Here's hoping Man City wins over Man U!

Please, please, please for the love of god take Becks back before it's to late. This is embarrassing, the only football states side is the NFL. For god sakes this country thinks the Galaxy is a great "soccer" team now.....aaaahhhhhh! I love the stars and stripes but football is not our sport, never will be. Get him out of here before he flies off with Tom Cruise in search of the mother ship. God save the queen!

Couldn't agree more.........
Of course, with Ronaldo banned and Rooney injured a lot of city fans feel we've got the best chance in years of turning them over.
Personally I think, with the squad Utd have it will be just as hard as ever but City now have the best squad and manager we've had in years.
It's gonna be a close one.......

Ah yes, good point. Nice error on my part. (Credibility shot already)
Sammy Lee, not a bad suggestion. If things go wrong at Tottenham perhaps Martin Jol could be under fire?

So much for my predictions!
Well, so much for my predictions then! I tip Tottenham to have a better season and they lose the first two and worse is to come. Pompey (AAAAAHHH!) hold United to a draw.

I love this start of the premiership with both Spurs and Man. Utd underperforming 5555
Well, the weekend manchester Derby should be a real happening now that City is high on hopes and United had a dissapointing start.
Imagine Manchester next Sunday when City will be 7 points clear of man. Utd. A dream not unlikely, you ask me

Early season performance is like Premature Ejaculation.
All excitement which leads to an anti-climax.
Think West Ham at the beginning of last season.
Bobby Zamora was the leading scorer.
Think West Ham was leading the table at one point too.
Though, it would be nice to see Man U stumble.
Old geezer Fergie should be made to sweat in his pants for making outrageous claims pre-season.

Difficult one coming up this weekend at Anfield though. Benitez has worked out how to play Chelsea well.

Yep, I think Liverpool won 3 of the last 4
But these games are always so tight, Could go either way but at this stage I think it is much more important for Liverpool to win than Chelsea, Liverpool need to get a good start for confidence and also because they have the Champions League qualifiers, Which leaves them two games behind Chelsea for a long time...
Not sure who will win, But I am looking forward to chewing my nails for 90mins...5555555..

Same same Ally. Always a tight game at Anfield. Like you say, its important to get a good start and not get left behind like last season.
