I'll be watching the Arsenal game on Sunday because watching Lemann screw up is more entertaining than watching a circus 555555

I've changed my mind about birmingham - their defence is crap and they're going to be right in the shit this season.

Liverpool v Chelsea I think you would have to be mad to ever bet on that game but chelsea have let a few goals in lately so I'd say at least 1-1 or 2-1(0) Liverpool.

I watched the Newcastle vs Aston Villa game last night. Both clubs have very good managers, both have bought biggish this year, and Newcastles side is becoming almost a who's who of well known players (also well known trouble makers).

But watched the game last night and concluded neither of these teams will do anything this season, both destined to mid table postions, short runs in the cups and definately not top 6 probables, unless they get turned around pretty quickly. Apart from Milner who had a goodish game and seemed willing to run at a few players, there was 21 others on the pitch that were clueless and boring to watch.

I found myself going give the ball to................hmmmm................er milner again, perhaps, cos otherwise I'm going to fall asleep here.

Dont know about you and the rest of the BM's but it seems this season that the ties which you would normally relate to as a boring match are actually providing the most entertaining football, the bigger high profile teams when playing each other play very cautiously and seem to cancel each other out..
Regarding last nights Newcastle v. Villa match i was that bored i switched over to Ch63 and watched womens boxing and witnessed Laila Ali (Muhummads daughter) knock the sh1t out of some 6ft neanderthol silver back !!! she's one tough cookie... Hope for exciting games tonight !!!

Got to wait until tomorrow to post about the city game, still in unbelief speechless mode.

Liverpool one up at half time against Chelsea, looks a good game, Chelsea are defenitely missing something up front, hope shev gets fit soon.

has anybody got the faintest idea why Rob Stiles just gave that penalty to Chelsea??? The player didn't even touch or move towards the ball and when he fell the ball had long past him, even Drogba didn't appeal !!! Bloody refs...

The ref is smoking crack, first the penalty then Essien should have been off for 2nd yellow...they're on radio now with some BS backtrack saying it was John Terry...

Chelsea got off the hook tonight I think they look weak in defence and there was nothing happening up front. Maybe this could be their year though - Man City get a win over Utd from nothing and they get away with a lucky point here, it's the kind of trait you see in the eventual champions.

Didn't watch the match, but as a Chelsea supporter I am happy with that. Not too many teams will come away from Anfield this season with much.

The way it has started, this could be a great year for upsets in the league.

Well done to City BTW. Fergie won't be pleased falling behind the leaders even more.

What an absolute disgraceful performance from Rob Stiles, He should be banned for a while after that match, It was not only the penalty which was a farce or the second yellow for Essien, But he let a great game get way out of control with bad decision after bad decision, Some of the bookings were a joke... There is nothing worse in football, When your team is playing so good and working so hard to have something like that happen, I would not mind if Chelsea had of equalised, It would of hurt but you can accept it but thats after really pissing me off, Turned a good weekend into a bad one

FIRST of all i am sure that everyone knows i am far from being liverpool number 1 fan (allybaba22 will verify that 55555) but is it just me or chelsea fast becoming like mourinhos previous club (porto) they harrass the referee at every decision against them and go wild when they dont get decisions their way they break up the floe of the game at every oportunity and now allas the final weapon in their armoury diving frenchmen todays performance by chelsea was a disgrace brings my mind back to the uefa cup final porto v celtic when disgusting gamesmanship robbed celtic of the trophy

lets get real MAN UTD will never struggle they will comfortably finish top 4 though i think even at this early stage the lack of a regular top goalscorer will cost them dear !

steve bruce what an absolute clown arguing about the hammers penalty it was a nailed on 100% penalty he should be spending his time asking his keeper why he made the tackle on bellamy when the ball was clearly racing out of play.

hehe I thought you would post pretty soon Ally. Not a good referee today then? As I said, didn't see it, but a referee can make so much difference to not only the spectacle, but the result. Sounds like L'pool were hard done by.
