Not really tense, just my usual blunt, say-it-how-it-is self. It's just the time factor. I seem to spend most of Friday night/Saturday morning sitting at my pc waiting for people to send their entries in and updating my website with all the competition related tables and information. Time to say enough is enough and get some of my social life back

I should be able to do all the admin at any point over the weekend, i.e. just sit down as and when I want and see all the entries there. At present, I usually have around 10-12 come Friday afternoon with more missing than been sent in, hence my post.

Well I agree with Diz on this one, He should not have to chase anyone around for there submissions.....

Only thing I disagree about is the exemption after 5weeks, As I have missed the last 3weeks which I apoligise for but I really never got the time to log on on this tour and when I remembered it was too late, Other than that Diz I think everyone who is taking part in the competition appreciates the time and effort you put into it

Yep, "come on Bolton" !! I have the West Ham 5/4 and Man City 11/10 bit up so far

I just need Bolton to do the business and it's a nice weekend for me !! (Mainly because the Cheltenham race meeting was cancelled today, saving me money!!).

As I've said, it's getting too much now so I had to put a cut off point on there at some point and I think if someone doesn't make an entry for 5 weekends, then they have lost any realistic chance of winning and therefore probably given up. So far, all those that have missed 5 on the trot, have never made an entry afterwards.

Don't forget, there is a rule to help anyone who might not be able to get to a machine but I cannot invoke that rule unless I am advised in advance by that person - i.e. you will automatically score 2 points less than the lowest score of the weekend, if you do not submit an entry.

I did think about this at the start and that is why I came up with this rule. The only person who has made use of it to date, is Denver and look where he is in the table.

If anyone can't get to an internet connection, or thinks that that it will be difficult, then tell me. I know it's too late here for you Ally, but that safety net has been there all time.

I know for a fact that I cannot win, And there is also a lot of BMs below me in the table that have no chance of winning, Its just the fun of taking part that matters now for me, Although it would have been nice to win...55555555..

55555 ..... Dawsey. I am picturing you late at night in a long raincoat (I know it sounds scary ;-)) walking in typical English weather, looking for an internetshop to be opened. You could of asked the mailman as well. An express delivery postcard with the footy scores to Dizz. Time stamped of course

No, yours and gez's are in. I got them before kick-off of the first match so no problems there. I put 12:00 noon as the cut-off in order to allow extra time as sometimes there is an early match and they usually kick off at 12:30. That means there is a 30 minute grace period which helped you out this tme round, but you're not alone there's been many others that have posted entries just after the cut-off time which I have accepted. So I'm not the big angry monster that most will have you believe

I know I won't win the competition,but just enjoy having the results to look forward to. I nearly went to my local library Sat am to post my selections but got back online in the nick of time

I've been thinking a bit about what you said here and have also looked at the work I do and feel that there is a way round this.

In short I can now cut my workload just as much by doing things another way and not forcing people out of the competition after missing 5 weeks, so the names will stay in the League Table at least.

However, what I said about chasing people up remains and I won't be doing any more reminders.

Afraid I wouldnt bet against Arsenal in this one Jonny.Worth a punt if you can afford to lose the money though.
