Was just joking. Was completely pissed in Mombassa and took some company. As "performance" was not so good she told me "machin kaput". Suppose a German sailor must have been there before me.
On second thoughts, all those ladies of the night knew the expression "machin kaput". Herd it used often in bars.

Back on topic from the OP, back in January 2006 ;-)

I remember one instance of SAME/SAME, which I quite liked, while reading
a travel blog from some guy on the net. He described that he was playing
his guitar in Thailand and showing a Thai guy some chords.

He showed him the G-chord as you usually play it, followed by the G-chord
played as barre....same kind of sound, of cause followed by the Thai guy saying
...ahh same same but different.

A classic in my opinion;-)
