Really.. Being here you do tend to see some pretty amateur stuff published and used but this takes some kind of worst of the web awards.

At my first Internext I met a cat who had a two-page site, a dumbed-down version of the OP's link, and he was pulling in +$US1000 per day. Also, there used to be a category of adult site known as a Circle Jerk. You may know them as pop-up hell. But they were so prevalent because they worked. Had one myself... the #2 "circle-jerker" in the entire world allowed me to copy his code. A real nice cat, actually, met him and his wife at the convention. He said that his parents-- in South America-- were starving so he wrote them a site which brought in $500/day. I saw the site, it was pure ca-ca, but the checks were always good.

The point being, well, I am not sure of the point. Some absolutely atrocious sites work wonder$. Think it is something about knowing one's target market... that and search engine magic. A lot of that.
